1. To achieve focused delivery of healthcare services to the aged, adults, youth, and children—especially the less privileged living in rural and underserved areas.

2. To invade remote regions lacking government presence with quality healthcare services, supported by medical experts from diverse fields of medicine.

3. To create medical outreach programs to support indigent members of society.

4. To improve healthcare infrastructure by supporting the development of facilities, equipment, and technology in rural areas.

5. To create awareness and sensitize the public on health-related issues and preventive care.

6. To train and build the capacity of healthcare workers, community health workers, and volunteers.

7. To provide targeted support for vulnerable populations such as women, children, and people living with disabilities.

8. To provide a wholesome, healthy environment where physical healing is complemented by godly counseling and emotional support.

9. To uphold and promote the NOMGWA maternal generational family healing traditions, advancing its therapeutic practices in alternative medicine.

10. To organize productive empowerment programs, workshops, and symposiums aimed at transforming poverty into prosperity.
